consultant EVER! From the moment we walked in, she
took care of me, my mom

wanted my dress to look. Which leads me to the
alterations dept. They have been SO helpful seeing

I just wanted to share what a wonderful
experience we had today at the Rivergate Tennessee
Bridal Warehouse. I bought my wedding gown from
Bridal Warehouse 12 years ago. My daughter got
engaged on Easter weekend and we decided to go to a
national bridal chain last Friday because it was
closer to where we live. We had a horrible
experience! The consultant was rude, acted as if we
inconveniencing her and once she learned we planned
on waiting for my daughter's biological mother to
come in to town to purchase a gown she became even
less helpful.
I assured Jenny that we would come to Bridal
Warehouse and have a MUCH different experience, and
that is exactly what happened. From the moment we
walked in the door and were greeted by a smile the
experience was wonderful! EVERYONE was wonderful!
Leslie was our consultant. She was patient,
listened to what Jenny wanted, found several
wonderful gowns, but most importantly she found THE
gown! It was exactly what she was looking for and
perfect for her!
When we told her that we would be waiting to
purchase a few weeks she said, "no problem, I have
everything written down and it will be in the
computer." We left happy, excited for the big day
and more than satisfied with our experience. We have
not price shopped the Bridesmaids dresses at all but
after getting in the car decided we will not look
anywhere else. You carry the ones we want and we
will only buy from you!
Thank you for giving Jenny the experience I wanted
her to have when shopping for one of the most
special days of her life! You guys are amazing and
I will continue to tell everyone THE place to get a

I bought my wedding dress at Bridal Warehouse in
Evansville, IN after visiting several stores in
Evansville and many more stores in New York City. I
had a great experience being helped by Shannon
there. He was easy to work with and very
helpful. He found the dress that I ended up
buying. His recommendation allowed me to get a
dress I am truly happy with. I had a hard time
finding something I liked, and I know I wouldn't be
as happy with my dress if it weren't for Shannon

Shopping for a wedding can be very
stressful to say the very least. A few weeks back,
(my girlfriend who is the bride-to-be) and myself
visited your Nashville, Rivergate Store on
Conference Drive on a whim. A very special person
named Teresa Ryan greeted us. She let my girlfriend,
Brandy try on dress after dress, and as she changed
her mind frequently, never once did we feel rushed,
or made to feel like we were being forced into
making a decision that day. I was so pleased with
your service, but I actually thought that it was
probably a fluke and that the treatment we received
was a rarity, and was something we may never have
again. After all, we had come on a weekday, on a
whim, when the store was actually not that busy.Now
skip ahead to today. Brandy received a call that
there was an Allure trunk show. We met up and were
once again greeted by Teresa. We then proceeded to
let Brandy once again try on dress after dress, even
trying on "the" dress several times in between the
others. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured
by Teresa. Needless to say, we found and ordered
"the" dress tonight. It is due to come in March, and
I have never seen a happier bride, which one of her
best friends makes me extremely happy.I wanted to
take a moment and commend you on consistent service
from your employee, Teresa. She made both of our
days of wedding shopping complete, and we could not
have done it without her. We have not chosen our
bridesmaid gowns nor the tuxes, so I am sure that we
may visit your store again in the near future, but
until that time please let Teresa know that she
was as much a part of this wedding as one of us.

We traveled from Huntsville, Alabama to your
store in north Nashville. My daughter had heard
about your store from several of her sisters at
college. To be honest, I wasn't sure about driving
the distance, but it definitely was worth
the trip. My daughter bought a stunning gown after
trying one beautiful gown after another. With the
help of Debbie we also selected our bridesmaids. We are making a trip in a couple of
weeks for sizing and to be honest it's a great
excuse for a girl road trip. My daughter knows

Mary, what an extremely pleasurable experience my
friend (Anita) & I had shopping for our prom gowns
last week. I was told by my friends you guys were
the place to go, and they were right. I have been
several other places, but none of them had the
